Finding a Wedding dress for the biggest day of your life is a hard task!! You would not believe the amount of people in the bridal industry that think that it is 'easy' money and try to give their customers second rate service and products. As soon as I rang Rebecca I knew that I was about to have a different experience! Once you enter The Dressing Rooms you are greeted by friendly staff and are given outstanding service. Rebecca and her staff have put in a huge amount of effort to ensure that every bride-to-be is treated like a princess. My experience of The Dressing Rooms has been nothing but positive - from the moment I ordered my wedding dress to the day that I collected it, I have been really happy with the high level of customer service from the friendly staff. Yes, the shop was always busy but this just goes to show how lovely there dresses are (its so hard to chose!), and how lovely and kind they are. I just wanted to say how lovely it was to meet you on Saturday but also commend you on your fantastic choice of staff. I felt extremely well looked after by Sarah - who helped me pick the dress of my dreams with the minimal amount of fuss and not one iota of self consciousness of my size. Ann was lovely too!
