There's something truly magical about helping a bride find the dress — and for Sophia, that magic never gets old.

Her favourite gown? The effortlessly romantic Madi Lane "Sylvie", especially when paired with the matching veil. "It's soft, whimsical, and so flattering — the kind of dress that really takes your breath away," she says.

And when it comes to designers, Allure Couture holds a special place in her heart. Their recent trunk show was absolutely stunning. Every gown was a showstopper.

What really lights her up, though, is the moment a bride says "yes". Sophia admits that she isn't really a crier, but the moment a bride says yes is a tear jerker. It is such a huge decision, and you can really feel how special it is. Sophia says, "There's never a dull moment. Every bride is different, and guiding her (and her team!) to a gown is the most rewarding job, especially when it is a pick she wouldn't have considered to begin with.

Sophia's top tip for brides?
"Enjoy the moment. You're in a fortunate position — you've found your person, you have the opportunity to get married and buy a beautiful dress. Try not to get overwhelmed and try not to lose sight of being grateful for your position."
