Textured floral brocade ball gown with a cat eye strapless neckline. The lined bodice features a layer of pleating across the front and back complete with topstitching along the couture seaming. It is elongated into a squared basque waistline. Full gathered tulle underneath the top layer creates fullness into a waterfall skirt. Detachable hip puffs are inside skirt for added volume.
