Rebecca

TDR Bridal, formerly The Dressing Rooms Halesowen, was founded by Rebecca in 2006, driven by a passion for weddings and all things bridal fashion. With her Floristry qualifications and her HND in Business & Finance, Rebecca has created the best Bridal shop in England, substantiated by the numerous awards and accolades that TDR has achieved over the years. Rebecca is now a Judge for TWIA, The Wedding Industry Awards, having won several times and is also a mentor for other Bridal retailers.

Louise

Meet Louise, our incredible Business Manager. We truly couldn’t imagine TDR without her. With a heart dedicated to our brides, Louise is there every step of the way, ensuring every detail is flawless. She’s not only a champion for our Brides but also a pillar of support and kindness for our team, embodying the true spirit of TDR. Her unwavering commitment and warmth make her an irreplaceable part of our family.

These girls right here are the mainstay of our USP at TDR! We don’t just sell you a dress, we ensure it is fitted to perfection, IN-HOUSE, so that means every single bride is cared for right up until the day of their wedding. This is such an important part of your Wedding Dress Experience!

Prep Team

Led by our Prep Manager, Jeanie – kind, loyal, and a true perfectionist – this team makes sure every gown leaves us looking its absolute best. Jo and Tina, who’ve been with TDR for many years, bring the same dedication and sharp eye for detail to every single dress. They steam, press, and pack your gown with real care, checking every stitch and fastening so nothing is ever missed. You’ll meet them at your final collection appointment, where they prepare your dress for the aisle, whether that’s packed in a suitcase or dressbag. Their focus is simple: Your dress, ready and perfect for your day.
